2011 ---- COMIC CONVENTION NEWS:
This is an opportunity for you to attend a local Comic Convention that is convenient ----- in order to BUY, SELL or TRADE the kind of desirable, scarce and valuable comic books that require a close PERSONAL INSPECTION to insure ---- that you get the BEST possible choice.
BUYING: I have found that a BUYER of VINTAGE comic books can view and inspect [with 100% confidence] MORE comic books ----- in PERSON ---- in ONE DAY at a typical Comic Convention, than they can in ONE WEEK of online searching. This is due to the GREATER efficiency of having THOUSANDS of comics in one place ---- at one time --- for QUICK and EASY inspection.
SELLING: I have found that a collector, who is interested in SELLING his Comic Books, can sell more books in ONE DAY [to any, from among a wide selection of Comic Book DEALERS] at a typical Comic Book Convention -- than is possible in ONE YEAR of on-line selling, AND ---- not only at a HIGHER price --- but in many cases ---- for CASH!
TRADING: I have found that I will offer GREATER value --- in trade ----for books that are available for IMMEDIATE inspection, at a typical Comic Convention than ANYWHERE else. I do not even TRY --- the tedious “back-and-forth” common to TRADING through the mail.
